Learning Through Play Child Development Center, founded in 2015, serves as a sanctuary for children from infancy to 4 years old, promoting a secure, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere for their development. Located in the heart of East Orlando, our program combines exceptional early childhood education with personalized attention, made possible by our small group sizes. We create a home-like environment that offers families peace of mind. Additionally, Learning Through Play Child Development Center now offers a dedicated Tutoring/Therapy workspace, dedicated to fostering children's growth.

Philosophy

We hold the conviction that every child is a distinct individual who requires a secure, nurturing, and stimulating environment to flourish and develop physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially. Studies indicate that children learn most effectively when they feel safe and appreciated. This understanding inspired me to establish a Family Home Childcare Program, where children can learn comfortably while supporting families in my community.

I have loved this daycare since my child has started. I toured 2 daycares when I moved back to Orlando and was very nervous about putting my child in daycare. This home daycare has been great since day 1. Teachers are kind and patient with my daughter. She’s grown and learned so much from the school. The teachers are very interactive with the kids, they do fun activities and even small science experiments with the kids. My daughter has really come out her shell and loves going to school. Best decision!

I toured Learning Through Play Child Development Center, I felt so much relief. Marie, the owner, is such an organized, caring individual. The staff here have an obvious passion for children with excellent communication skills. Because of this, I always feel confident that my child’s needs are being met. The environment is always clean and welcoming. The care providers really do their best to make this center feel like a “home away from home”.

Best home daycare in the city! I am quite particular and protective of my baby girl and did lots of research and interviews before finding this gem. Amazing staff who loved my daughter like their own, kept her safe, and taught her sooooo much!!! She was so happy to go each day and that made me feel calm when I went to work. The kids became a little family, so cute! Lots of interactive learning. The staff communicate very frequently which I love. Perfect place for your kids, I promise!
